Our Gymnastics courses are designed for boys and girls from beginners through to squad members who aspire to compete at the top level. The course offers fun and structured activities that will develop skill and co-ordination with competitions and events. The course will cover several aspects of gymnastics from floor work, apparatus and rhythmic whilst incorporating group work.
