How can you stay active during whilst at home? With over 25 years of experience in delivering PE within a school setting our team have created a one-stop portal for activities and resources parents, carers and guardians can use at home to keep their children active.

We've created 5 different areas for you to choose from to stay active at home.

1 - PE Lessons @ Home

2 - Active at Home 30 second challenges - Our Active At Home challenges will include 5 different challenges each week! Don't forget to tag us on twitter (@PlanetEd_UK) and Facebook (Planet Education) so we can see how you get on!

3 -  Check out the challenges our coaches have set and join in the challenge on social media.

4 - The PE and School games will help your child stay active and learn new skills at home.

5 - Wake ‘n’ shake - A great way for every child to start the day, helping to get them motivated, alert and ready to learn. We don't call it 'Wake 'n' Shake' for nothing!
